Looking good. What wood are you guys using? I love hickory with pork......have been tempted to try apple, but like the hickory so much I haven't tried.

I used cherry this time around and they came out great. The rub is a little on the sweet side so I thought a fruit wood would be good.

I really do not notice any difference when using different woods (sorry to those that disagree) but this time I tried Apple and Royal Oak lump charcoal.

Try using Mesquite next time. Trust me, you'll notice the difference.
