How about a synopsis, for those of us who will not click on suspect links?

We-Vibe is being sued because their bluetooth enabled vibrators' app is poorly secured. The app sent back data about the temperature and vibration intensity of the device.

bottom line: if it's networked or network capable, it can be used as a sensor.

Network capable things are getting out of hand. Washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, individual lightbulbs and more. It's ridiculous.

But as far as entering crap into an app, or on the web, people who don't assume that it's simply public are kidding themselves.
