Coolest thing I’ve seen in a while! Great dadmanship!

https://www.chonday.com/34337/plabuiax7/

This is Axel, a little kid from Blythewood, South Carolina having the best of time on his awesome detailed Gee Bee R2 Pedal Plane. Axel and his dad built this airplane together in their garage over six months before Christmas. Axel learned how to build, sand, paint and hopefully, dad kindled a love for aviation in his kid.

Very cool!! The only problem I see is that it's a pretty tight fit. Probably won't be able to enjoy it very long before he outgrows it.

How cool is that. Sure beats the soapbox cars I built as a kid.

That is amazing.

I went to youtube to watch it in larger format and look at what else I found. It starts slow, so you may want to skip to the 3:48 mark to really get to the good part:

No flaps, no ailerons, no rudder... I doubt it will handle very well. Wink

Very cool Dad!

seems like a working rudder would have been in the plans.

the kid across the alley had one of these

even w/o batteries
it was still way cool .

as far as extremely cool toys go , that would be
near the top
