Former Broncos, Falcons, Giants coach dies at 77

I wasn't a fan of any of his teams but I did enjoy watching the games.
RIP Coach

The early Elway years were under Reeves.

I remember them fondly.

RIP

He was a good man. Respected by many. I am thinking he may have been on a Cowboy super bowl team. No sure on that. RIP coach.

Yes he did, won super bowl 6 against Miami. Defeated in super bowl 5 by Baltimore.

As a half-back, he threw a 50-yard TD on a trick play in the Ice Bowl. Dallas lost but it is still a cool piece of NFL lore. RIP Coach Reeves.

I never liked the Cowboys as a kid (I was a Raiders/AFL/AFC fan), but I liked Coach Reeves when he led the Falcons. He was a very nice guy and a good coach who didn’t have quite the on-field talent or front office support to get them to that next level. A lot of people like me liked and generally trusted him so firms hired him to do radio commercials in the Atlanta market for years.

Rest In Peace, Coach.
