Credit card companies to submit info to the State on purchases of guns and ammunition. So use cash.

It isn't, they know this, and they know that the courts will eventually rule that it's an infringement of our constitutional rights, BUT they know this will take some time to go through the courts and even when they lose, the plaintiff's legal expenses will ultimately be born by the taxpayers.

See, it's not a gun registry if we let our Quislings in the banking industry do it for us!

Which makes me think they are going whole hog. They are going to pass the gun ban. Already have my AR. Picked it up today. The Constitution means nothing to these people. They will step around, over, or under it every chance they get.

What's the chance a credit card company will say no? We're not gonna. I'd get one of their cards in a heartbeat.

Yeah. Gonna have to think real quick on what I want/need to stock up on before the fall.

I'm sure this applies to reloading components too.

I'd do it sooner. From what I've read if the ban passes and is signed it will go into effect July 1, 2024.

The reason I think they are going to do it this time is Polis has presidential hopes, and this will make him a rock star among the looney left.

Good question. I suspect it would. Gift cards might be okay though you might get the stink eye buying $2,000 worth of Sportsman's Warehouse gift cards from King Soopers...

My debit cards still have a Visa logo on them, so…

This line from the link would be what I’d be worrying about.

“This isn’t the only anti-gun legislation signed by Polis. A few days ago, as detailed by the Colorado News Line, he also signed Senate Bill 23-170, which allows mental health professionals, district attorneys, educators and medical professionals to petition judges in order to disarm “potentially dangerous persons.”

Gotta love that word… “potentially”.

So at what point is enough, enough? When do we break out the tar and feathers? Our fore fathers went to war over a 2% tax. We get raped up 60-80% of our monies by these lawless pieces of excrement in power and do nothing. Some members here are ok with it. At what point do we say ENOUGH?

Fortunately, every time I suggest buying more guns or ammo, SHMBO (She who must be obeyed) sends me into the basement to check on just how much more I can move due to our approaching retirement. She's right. Yes, we are moving from Commie territory.

This is the Democrats new M.O. Pass every bit of gun control they can. If the Courts ultimately rule it is unconstitutional, well hey, we tried, but there is nothing we can do.

We just saw this in Virginia. Democratic controls legislature ran through every bit of gun control they could find. Only thing that stopped it was the Republican Governor.

Well, you all are correct. The constitution means nothing to the communist run Democrats. I live close enough to Cheyenne that I will shop in Wyoming. Our governor is a low life POS. I don't expect anything good to come from his brown stained lips or pen.
