Often our neighbor gets our mail. They are not moved in yet so sometimes the mail sits in their box until i can flag down a postal carrier to check it. I got a PO Box for the business to aloud this but those that have me set up in BillPay haven't bothered to update where they send payments.
Recently, we've had a package returned to sender and two payments marked "NSN" (no such number) and delivered much later than expected.
Why would our address suddenly be marked as not existing?
I'll call the post office the next rain day but until then, any idea what's going on?

It seems to be clearly a mistake on the part of your carrier.
However, when you rented the P.O. Box, did you have all your mail forwarded there? How long ago did you rent the box? The forwarding order may have expired. That still doesn't justify the NSN endorsement on your mail because it seems obvious that there is such a number. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Ogie,

No forwarding from the home address. Just changed the business address to the PO Box. Some are just slow to change their BillPay settings.

Maybe set up forwarding with the USPS from the home address to the PO Box? That would short circuit the problematical carrier.
