I was able to accomplish a bucket list item by flying to see Phil in concert in Miami in 2018. It was his first stop in the US on his first tour to the US in over a decade. The money spent on excellent floor seats, airfare, hotel, etc. was sooooo worth it. It was an amazing experience, and while the years have slowed him down some, he is still an excellent performer and his great voice is absolutely still intact! “It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. One of the more iconic songs AND scenes from the 80's. His duet with Philip Baily, Easy Lover is a favorite, just an upbeat, catchy tune when I need some bounce in the day. A guy like Phil Collins wouldn't get promoted let alone signed by a label today as he doesn't check any of the beauty and edgy boxes that today's entertainment prefers. | |||

Loves His Wife |
Went to a Clapton concert about 20 years ago. I had 3rd row seats so a clear view of the stage and band. Lights came on and there was Phil Collins playing the drums for him. It wasn't until later in the concert that Clapton mentioned him and that was all that was said. It was like he was just some guy back there hittin the skins. Very cool. I am not BIPOLAR. I don't even like bears. | |||
