Little Jerusalem Badlands State Park near Oakley KS about 30 minutes off I70. There's a similar collection of chalk formations nearby, though not as large, called Monument Rocks on the other side of Hwy 83. Sort of looks like Stonehenge. While this one is a state park, Monument Rocks is on private land but left accessible to the public.

The area is flat as a pancake and it's rather startling to come around a bend and see them. Worth a short side trip if you happen to be passing by on I70
