Porridge is as effective as statins
I have lowered my cholesterol by eating steel cut oats 4-5 times a week.
Make up a large batch in the crockpot weekly.
Add 2% milk,raisens, flax seed, wheat germ, cinnamon and backstrap molasses.
Spray crock pot with cooking spray before adding ingredients.
Eat with fresh fruit or Greek style yogurt.
Tasty and nutritious.
