WaterburyBobFlat Earther Blasts Off in Homemade Rocket... to 1,875 feet
So why aren't there any photographs of the edge of the earth?
How do they explain that, with photography having been around for over 150 years?

Fine. So do they believe the sun always rises in the east and sets in the West? If so, fly, drive, sail in a direction. Surely there is something they believe that is consistent with fact that they can use to prove themselves wrong. Unless they believe nature is part of the conspiracy.
And if that’s the case, remove them from the gene pool. That level of stupid should hurt permanently.
They actually believe that the sun (and moon, usually) are essentially like spotlights that orbit revolve in a circular pattern over the disc of the earth, thus creating the day/night cycle.
No, I'm not kidding.
There is a fair amount of disagreement, as I understand it, among flat earth circles (lol...pun) about the actual mechanism of day/night cycle and whether the stars are a domed firmament or something else.
Oat (who just spent a lot of time reading up on this shit to teach a class about it)

For real?
What keeps the oceans from dribbling off the edge of the flat earth? And what’s the upside for all these “conspirators” over hundreds of years to try to convince everyone that the earth is an oblate spheroid? I’m really curious.
I found out today that a friend who I have always considered an intelligent guy is a flat-earther. I was flummoxed.
It's a giant upside down Frisbee© and the edge keeps the water in.
