I moved out for a few months when I was 19 or so. Then moved back in with my parents and went to a junior college for 1.5 years while living at home. Moved to CO from NJ when I was 21.
My parents were, and still are great. They never demanded rent or any payment. I think my sister stayed home until she was 28 and bought her house.

20 yo. After high school lived at home while I went to junior college and worked a job to raise money for a transfer to a four year university, and to buy a beater car.
