Yep. You have an app that is using data if the wheel keeps spinning.

Rolling the dice as we speak. If it bricks, I’ll hook it up to the MacBook and fix it.
Hoping that the battery life and LTE connectivity issues are fixed.
I know “Music” sucks, but the latest version makes it near impossible to pick songs to play. It’s so awkward and clumsy, and worked a lot better on 12.x

Only thing it’s bricking is the HomePods. And that’s on a reset Apple has released specific instructions on it yesterday

Edited to add: sat like this for an hour but a power cycle fixed the issue.

I have also seen battery issues with above , also seeing battery reserve will go from 35% to 85% with a hard shut down. These strange battery issues are widespread.

I have not seen any issues at all with the update.

Maybe because my phone isn't 5 years old.

Updated SE and iPad a couple days ago. No issues.

13.2 fixed hearing aid connection issues (So far) that came with iOS 13.

Photos Edit takes longer to load. Libby (the audio book app) has lost some functionality. Mail is different. I do not like the new OS.

I've another iPhone SE with the previous OS and may eventually ask Apple to move everything from one phone to the other.

Seems 13.2 fixed the Bluetooth issue in the truck for me. I was able to have a 20min conversation on my way to work this morning. Yesyerday it would stay connected longer than a few minutes at a time

Do---or do not.

I got a new iPhone 7 a couple of months ago after my SE crashed. My 7 came with 12.4.1, which was the current OS at that time. It will stay that way at least until Thanksgiving when Apple fixes Turkey 13, which I was luckily warned about two days after it was released.

iOS 13.2 - sounds like there are some bricking issues

Bricked my Ipad, it finally came up, but still showed an update needed to be done, only if you checked, the update was reported as done.

Now it won't come back on, going to set an appointment for the iGenius's to fix it...

Well, now I know I’m not the only one. Do you get stuttering in addition to the occasional inability to connect?

Didn’t have those issues. I’m pared to a Toyota entune system if that makes a difference. The update seems to have fixed the issue for me. Unlike yesterday, I was able to have a 20min conversation this morning

I have UConnect in two trucks, and the calls suck - I have to switch to speaker phone. Maybe the update will fix it, but I'm not sure it's a phone problem.

After a day of settling in, my battery life has returned to normal and app updates have been completed without a hitch. I’ll keep an eye on things though, but my iPhone 8 appears to be just fine again.

iOS 13.2 is running fine. But I just discovered something that came along (or should I say was vastly improved) in iOS 13. It's call Voice Control, apparently been in iOS for years but was lame it what it could do. And maybe I was living under a rock. But now, you can literally operate your phone without ever touching it (except for unlocking the screen). Edit text extensively ("select entire line", "select previous word", "copy", "paste", and so on), make gestures and swipes, pan, zoom, rotate, open apps, open app-switcher, go home, lock screen. There are just too many voice commands to list here ("two finger double tap"??? Smile) "Show commands" is one of them.

It's in Settings/Accessibility.

When in doubt, mumble

I'm using my iPhone 6S with UConnect in my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and hands-free connectivity is working fine with iOS 13.1.3, as it did with the various iterations of iOS 12.x. Call quality seems fine.

My AirPods are also working properly with my iPhone, as are my Plantronics headphones with my iPad.

It is not unusual for iThings to suffer decreased battery life for up to several days following an iOS update.

I'm afraid to update.

Apple screwed the pooch so badly with iOS 13.x it even made the local "news" last night. It's doing all kinds of untoward things, including losing photos, notes, etc.!

The one thing that I have noticed since the original IOS 13x update: I randomly lose names on my contact list and have to re-add them. The only way I realized was seeing text messages that instead of having a name, suddenly had only a phone number. Research suggests this was also a glitch with IOS 12x, although I did not notice it with that iteration of the OS.

It's a damn nuisance.

Installed on two iPhone 11 pros and two iPads. No issues and it seems to have addressed the problem I was having with BT disconnecting in my Tacoma.

I'm upgrading to 13.2 as we "speak". If my phone blows up this weekend, I'll report back. I did, however, remember to back it up before doing anything with this update.

The only thing that's an issue on my phone (and has nothing to do with the update itself) is that it has only 16GB of storage space and that gets eaten up rather quickly. I have VERY little music on there and transfer/store all my pics and vids to Google Photo, so there aren't any stored on my phone. I actually have to deleted the 5 albums off my phone to install the update and then sync them back when complete.
