I am in Lubbock Texas for two days and curious to see what good BBQ places there are to eat. Not looking for chain places.

Thank you all for the recommendations. We went to Evie Mae's but they closed at 3. We were a few hours late. Tried to do delivery today but the work schedule kept that from happening.
