The key to enforcement is to punish the violator, not an inanimate object. The punishment of inanimate objects for the commission of a crime or carelessness is an affront to stupidity.

Leftists are feeling bold enough to show us who they are. I remember when they were intimidated by the majority of the population that was patriotic. So they camouflaged themselves as liberals and the loyal opposition while whispering treason to the powerful and young like Grima Wormtongue to a hazy-eyed Theodin. Yes, they are surprisingly vocal in today's Democratic party. Remember when the Potato was running for President and assured the country that HE was the Democratic party?
