WTFirefox?

It works for most pages, but not on my banking account. Bank services person says try chrome and it worked fine.

Has Firefox got problems?

Is your Firefox up to date?

Are you using an extension that could block something?

It could be a browser setting relating to security or cookies or scripts.

Have you tried turning it off and then on again?

Problem solved.

It is not Firefox ... it is what the financial institution on the other end what they require for their security or electronic needs. I have a password book that notates what financial institution likes to digest as the browser.

Did the site work with Firefox in the past?

Same issue for me trying to log in on Samsung website, only Bing works.

I just remembered that in the past there was a time I tried to set up Zelle at my key bank page. I could get it all filled out and just had to hit "click to pay" button. Nothing happened. Never found a problem. Never tried zelle in other ways.

As I mentioned in another thread, I can't use my Firefox for purchasing time for my tracfone.
It wasn't until I talked to like the 3rd or 4th person there that a young lady suggested I try to use the Edge browser to check out my purchase.
Me- "Why I are you guys finally telling me this now?!"
