Thank you Very little |
Social media recording from a future candidate for the city of Fullerton, CA council... Noticed he had a camera up the whole time...

Made from a different mold |
Looks like those council people are being called on the disappearance of $100 mil. This guy's life is about to be turned upside down by the critters in that video and all of their cronies. Loved watching him point out that the junkies just dump their used needles in the parks where kids play. Not one person on that council looked as if they agreed with anything he said. What a shame! ___________________________ No thanks, I've already got a penguin.

A perfect example is Tucson City Council. ********* "Some people are alive today because it's against the law to kill them".

What's going on here? From what I can tell... Fullerton, California is crying poverty. The proposed solution is apparently to take at least one dead shopping mall (the internutz has been successfully killing them off all over the country) and let developers put high-rise residential construction on it. The developers make money, the city (theoretically) boosts its tax base (and, per the speaker, the city councilmembers get bribes, campaign contributions, or something), and surviving local buisnesses in the area get more foot traffic. The fly in the ointment (again, from what I can tell) is that state (and perhaps local) law pretty much requires that the city council insist on getting some low-income housing built out of any major residential construction that they issue a permit for. IOW, the developers can build and either sell or rent some high-profit residential space if they also build space that they make available for low-income or government-supported housing. The speaker says that this will bring poor people with drug problems who live on welfare into a neighborhood where they currently do not live. The speaker believes that this means the neighborhood will turn into a ghetto or something like it, just so that the city can (theoretically, hopefully, maybe in some universe) increase its tax revenues without raising taxes on people who already live in Fullerton. The speaker, of course, believes that bringing in low-income housing will run down neighborhood property values, run off people making good enough money to pay taxes and increase crime, all of which will put enough new demands of the city that any increase in revenue will be a wash or will be insufficient to cover any increase in costs associated with the construction project. The speaker is therefore planning on running for a local government office, and fully plans on lambasting the existing city council for having done the wrong thing if they issue permits to the developers seeking to turn a dead shopping mall into expensive high-rise residential properties. Or at least that's what I think is happening. More or less.

Looks like that dude has the balls to get shit done. The part that stuck with me was the heroin needles on the soccer field. I don’t give a shit about soccer or mowing the lawn, but he nicely tied in the chirren getting stuck by the needles that the vagrants are leaving around.

I can’t stand the way a council or whoever acts when someone is presenting testimony. Sure it can be boring hearing person after person, but that is a part of their job. I have testified before the state legislature several times and it seriously annoys me when you are presenting testimony, look up, and see 3/4 of them not even paying attention to you. Most are talking to each other, reading their phone, or doing something else. Government is crap. NRA Benefactor Life Member

I just thank God every day that Trump is at the top. Trump is inspiring a lot of people by showing that, indeed, the swamp can be drained. .

Orange Co is getting a lot of the homeless/drug addict spillover from LA County. It used to be orange orchards, then housing developments sprouted up in the various communities. Banks and other corporations realized they could get away from the LA crap, their employees could afford housing and quality of life improved by relocating to the OC. Today, those communities have, as the speaker pointed-out, multi-generations of political types entrenched and not focused on preserving what they have but instead giving away property and allowing crap to spring up. Areas like Fullerton, Buena Park, Anaheim, they all border LA Co and there's not much of a difference.

About 15 years ago, I lived in SoCal and used to go to church in Fullerton. It was a nice town and Cal State Fullerton's baseball team was perennially very well ranked. I have a friend who used to be a journalist in the area and before she ditched her journalism career she used to complain about the BS Fullerton City Council was pulling. Orange County is conservative as it gets in California but they're being invaded and younger generations indoctrinated through schools. You're in the wrong forum. I don't mean the wrong section of the forum. I mean you are in the wrong forum altogether. This is Trump country and if you don't like it, you can get the fuck out. I'm not listening to whiny, pointless shit from people too confused to know that they are benefitting from President Trump. Got that? ____________________________________________________ "I am your retribution." - Donald Trump, speech at CPAC, March 4, 2023
