What's more disappointing than how long it took security to show up is that even after they arrived the bullshit was allowed to continue.
In the decades that the Disney parks have been in operation, this is the first time something like this has happened? I very much doubt it. What's the point in having a security force if they can't/won't do anything?

There has been an assertion for some time that Disney is crawling with undercover security. This incident would seem to contradict that unless the claims were specifically referring to WDW. Although, I don't know why the two parks would handle security in a significantly different manner.

My sister-in-law worked at Walt Disney World in Orlando. It’s absolutely true, there’s security everywhere, there’s an underground complex most of the size of the park, everything is on camera and monitored, and the comparisons to the Secret Service aren’t too far off. Disneyland in California is evidently a very different affair.

From my personal EXPERIENCE this is untrue as far as a "police force." DW may have a "security force", but they deferred to the Orange County Sheriff for investigation and arrest actions.
I was in a somewhat not dissimilar event (no women were involved) and it doesn't surprise me this occurred there. What does surprise me is that more of these videos don't make it to you tub.

Asked a couple LEO friends, said that Disney likely had security there (guy in hat, black shirt), however they've probably been instructed to keep as hands-off as possible, attempt to separate the belligerents until police can intervene and then regurgitate everything into the official report.
