Sure, the vast majority of the members of this Forum are men, but remember, for all the women in your life early detection is key to a successful outcome. My mother-in-law, Carol, lost her battle with breast cancer at just 62 years of age.

My ex-GF recently passed from Metastatic Breast Cancer. She fought it for 10+ years before it beat her. Many of the women in her family went the same way.

On a lighter note, relating to this: One time when I was on my post-lunch walk I passed a bunch of women walking the other way for a NBCAM fund-raiser. They were all wearing pink tee-shirts emblazoned with "Save The Ta-Tas!"
