The government (that means us) continues to provide funding to anti-American, immoral organizations in the name of "progress."

WCCPHDOnce a federal (or state) program/agency is created/funded it is almost impossible to disband or defund it. Once it makes the budget once its just about automatic to continue for ever.

That would be a reasonable start, but I’d think that “by 95%” would be a better target.
