I decided on the Craftsman Versastack Eco system. Because it’s made in the US, not the most expensive, and the large rolling box fits under my truck’s tonneau cover.
I got the big box and the Ryobi tool bases fit in the bottom channels of the box. I will likely buy a bunch of the tool holders from Otto and mount them to a board and used heavy duty Velcro to mount the board to the box.
It will look a little something like this

I also chose the Versastack because they had a 258 piece drawers tool kit that attaches to the big box for $150. Which will be a huge help as I don’t have to pack up stuff from my big kit in the shop. The tools are made to stay in place in the trays. My current setup bounces all around and all the sockets are all over the place when I get where I need to go.
Also if I need stuff to work upstairs outside of my shop I am not making a bunch of trips for tools.

I liked the build/plastic quality and thickness better of the Craftsman Tradestack but the boxes and options did not fit my needs as well as this.
If I was lugging these things around everyday and using them for a worksite I would like not have gone with the Versastack but I think it will work just fine for my uses.

So I am going from this plus a couple more of those blue tool bags:

To this:

I am going to get one more box for my Milwaukee 12v stuff and other odds and ends hand tools but the Lowe’s I went to was out of the size I wanted the only had the little shallow one and was wanting the medium sized box.
