Pork steak grilled or in crock pot/oven with a little sauerkraut is fantastic. Very tasty cut of meat.

Do them indirect, low n slow. Finish them with a sear and sauce and caramelize the sauce at the end.

Oh man, I just had my 1st pork steak and it excellent.

My next door neighbor moved here from St Louis 4 years ago. He just back from visiting his St Louis family and brought back a bunch of pork steaks! He grilled them.

I should have taken a pic 1st but I couldn’t help but scarf it down.
