Yes, it pushes her dress up about 2" past normal. I agree with what was said two years ago, she probably has Parkinson's Disease. Typically meds for those auto-immune diseases accelerate the course of the disease. Hopefully with all her wealth and desire to look healthy, she is loaded up on her meds every day. Even if what you posted is possible, it doesn't matter one iota of her "intentions" of the joke. Either way, just uttering those words would have gotten Trump or any other Republican a boatload of controversy in the MSM for days. Democrats would have all crawled out from under their rocks to slam Trump endlessly. Black Live Matter would be out protesting in some major city.
