went to permissions shows what they are but dont give access to getting permission to post photos stored in my computer

You have to use a hosting service like imgur.

You'll need to use a photo hosting site to upload your pictures to from your computer. Once you upload a picture, then you can post a link to the picture using the "Image URL" (paste image location and click OK), in your post. When properly done, and "Post Now" selected, your image will appear in your post.
