Been seeing an NBA promo on TV with people wildly celebrating as they watch an NBA game. Like most TV fare, it is propaganda. And fantasy, since I believe their viewership is on the decline.
And Cuban would appear to be to an anal orifice.

Good, teams need to stop using it as a method to gain attention for their social justice seeking players and owners.

As Mark Cubutt is doing here, using it to get attention to himself and his team.

If you are going to play it as it relates to respecting the flag, the country and it's citizens, stand, hand over heart or salute fine.

Once you cross over into libtard lackey sjw projection, piss off and stop playing it...

The NBA is in rapid decline, not only due to falling viewership but, their player contracts are out of control. The next CBA may never happen, as I can see the NBA collapse into insolvency. A handful of rap moguls and players will likely attempt to form a new league..which will also collapse due to mismanagement and alienated fanbase. At the very least, I can see some form of contraction as 2020 and now '21 season is costing them big-time without butts in seats.

Do---or do not.
There is no try.

The NBA seems to have been cultivating such a cultural and financial relationship with China that the playing rules will soon be published in a Little Red Book.

It's amazing to me how many Americans hate America.

So he can do what he wants and we can stop patronizing his games in any form.

They do understand it when it starts hurting their wallet.

That is fine, I never liked him or his views to begin with.

Another spoiled elite that lives off the freedoms/opportunities that others have fought for.

As Flash-LB stated, it is amazing how many Americans hate America. It is also these same Americans that takes full of advantage of its freedoms, and opportunities in which it offers. These same people also want to spit/disrespect the individuals who fought and protect these opportunities whether they be Veterans, EMS, Fire, Police etc..

The NBA ranks right up their with the National Felon League, and Major league Baseball.
(And i was a huge Major League Baseball (orioles and rays) fanatic.

Screw them all.

Maybe he's trying to knock attendance down to a point where he can move the team to Miami.

I got in a heated argument with a coworker about the SJW and the NBA. He said you need to listen to what they are trying to say. I ask him if they told me how to write software should I listen to that too? End of conversation.

In a perfect world professional sports owners would have insisted no protesting while in the uniform of your employer. But, I haven't got a problem with this. 1. It takes this away from the malcontents. 2. It puts the focus back on the game and making money. 3. It will end the contest of two bit "artists" to see who can come up with the stupidest arrangement. I hope Cuban is the first of many and ultimately all sporting events not of an international nature.

In response to Cuban's statement yesterday, today the NBA announced that all teams would play the national anthem as part of long standing league policy.

Cuban replied that he's fine with that decision.

Now the next question will be whether the team has to be on the floor when it is or can he gimmick the rule by playing it hours before the game starts?

He's a POS that would certainly try.

Who gives a flyin' popcorn fart? I haven't watched the NBA since circa 1995 when the Rockets won the championship for the last time. I hated the Mavericks back then. Cuban can shove it up his ass with a red hot poker (to quote a great basketball movie) as far as I'm concerned. They can go right ahead and f--- off like the Texans, who cowered and HID in the locker room during the anthem.

I might suggest that malcontents will find another way to use televised sports to publicly push their agenda.

The NBA has announced, “Oh yes you will play the National Anthem.” I don’t watch pro BB either, but apparently, fans are just now returning to arenas around the league. I guess Cuban hasn’t been playing it thus far in pre-season or up to this point. I believe the first game with fans in the arena just happened and the Anthem’s absence was noted.

Haven"t watched any pro basket ball after the players started hanging and swinging from the basket rim. And sane goes for college basket ball. Can remember back in the day just about any touching of the ball rim was called "goal tending" and scores did not count. And the salaries that these overpaid primadonnas receive is obscene. .................. drill sgt.
