Unlike the rest of us...NOAA doesnt even have to get it right 50% of the time to be considered credible. NOAA's models are incredibly error filled and as much as I hate to admit it, the European model (employing a greater number of variables and a somewhat better weighted dataset) seems to be more accurate.
