Since it was the last day of 2018, there was a distinct theme to the Coach's swim workout: (short course, 25 yard pool)
4 x 125 on 2:18 (warm up)
Main Set
4 x 100 on 1:40
4 x 100 on 1:35
4 x 100 on 1:30
4 x 100 on 1:25
1 x 100 easy
1 x 100 Fast (1:11, not too shabby for being 57)
18!
Then
18 x 25 on :30 (odd easy/even fast)
200 warm down.
What made this workout somewhat special was that back on July 1 I gave myself a grade 3 shoulder separation. After 8 weeks off, first day back was in the short course and I could hardly use the arm, I am now back to where I was the day before the injury. Although I still feel the shoulder, it still gets sore and a tad tight.

This morning at the gym was 30 min on the treadmill then 3 sets of 20 each of:
Bench presses
Overhead presses
Rows
Curls
Chest Flys
and 75 crunches.
You did way more than I did...

4MUL8ROur last workout was a 1000 rep workout. Ten exercises, 100 reps each, with a 400 m run after five and ten exercises.
Before this workout, I did the 5 am weight lifting workout focusing on arms and chest.
I feel great.

mrapteam666I just got back from the gym.
Full body workout with a little cardio.
Still trying to ease back into the cardio with this SI joint issue.
I knew it was Dec 31 but I never gave a thought that this was my last workout in 2018.
It was a great body blast.
Unfortunately i think i screwed myself trying to take a nap before work though.
