lots of experienced and smart people here. If you wouldn't mind, please LMK your thoughts on the main business needs independent contractors, sole props, freelancers, gig workers, etc. need and are looking for, and what areas have the potential for improvement? My company is asking for ideas and I don't have a lot of personal knowledge other than Shopify is a PITA LOL.

Ideas could be in any arena or aspect of IC/freelancer life or business need. Financial services seem to be hot, tax prep, etc. Again, nothing is off the table. If you have any wish lists or ideas, or if you've ever thought, 'It would be so much better if this software/product/whatever did THIS" feel free to jot them down below. thanks so much!

So far I’m getting feedback that basic HR type info, insurance, savings plan options, tax info, security services would be good.
