V-Tail

During the late 1970s, I spent a year and a half working on a consulting assignment in Barcelona. Lots of vacation time and long weekends, so we did quite a bit of touring in western Europe.

The kids were 10 and 12 at the time, and before crossing any border, we drilled them on "please" and "thank you" in the language of whatever country we would be entering.

I also was taught by my parents to write "thank you" notes to folks that gave me presents and did nice things for us.

Todd, I’d like to enter this karma, please. One of the LED headlights on my car went out. Been 4+ years with a lot of hours of night driving so I’m not totally disappointed. The generosity of this forum is absolutely incredible. Thank you for the opportunity.
