Pretty soon putting armor on a Komatsu appears to be a valid response. At least you see how people think when they believe their govt is against him, and it starts to make sense.

Wonder what the charges will be? Exercising your 1A rights? How have the courts not gotten involved in this to slow it down or assert some civil rights? When Trump gets elected, I’d pardon every single one of these shams, and kick these prosecutors to the curb, if I were him. The courts have gotten so delayed that they simply deny rights by delaying them, all while pricing themselves out of reach of those who need their services.

Giving a MAGA member a DC jury is the exact same principle as giving a black guy an all-white jury during reconstruction! My t-shirt cost me 2 years gross pay directly, and probably a few million $ more in lost future earnings due to the black mark of having had charges filed. Even though the judge ordered my record cleared I still had to report the event on future job applications.

In the end, the judge asked the prosecutor in my case if he committed fraud or was just incompetent. He made the prosecutor put his answer in writing. The prosecutor had in fact committed fraud in an official document and my pitbull lawyer caught it. Then the prosecutor lied again when his written response claimed incompetence!

I learned we don't have a justice system, we have a legal system. The prosecutor just wants more notches in his gunbelt to improve his pay grade and pension.

SCOTUS will hear Trump's appeal on executive immunity which includes the charge for "obstructing on official proceeding" which has been used on many Jan 6 defendants.

The law was passed as a result of the Enron collapse after Arthur Anderson fraudulently passed their audits to criminalize the destruction of documents to impede an investigation. Defendants are also appealing based on the idea that they had to actually DO something to destroy evidence to be charged with this crime and the Federal Prosecutor overreached.

I am reasonably confident that SCOTUS will find at least 5-to-4 that the law was stretched or is so over-broad that it is invalid. If the law stands as is, then every protest that "storms the chambers" of a government building and causes a delay but otherwise does nothing to actually change the outcome could be prosecuted. And the leftists do that shit all the time.

The decision will negate much of the charges against Trump and the convictions of many Jan 6 defendants, and it will come down BEFORE the election. And then all the Jan 6 defendants can all sue for prosecutorial misconduct.

The D.C. judges and juries are in the bag for the democrats. 90% of D.C. residents are democrats. No Republican can get a fair trial in D.C. if it's a political matter. Durham had dead nuts evidence against Russia Gate collaborators including testimony implicating Hillary but couldn't get any convictions in a D.C. court.

It would be nice if SCOTUS would also find that change of venue is needed for political trials against Republicans to outside D.C. but I don't think that is very likely.

And of course the leftists will screech that SCOTUS is illegitimate and they need to pack the court, and so on. But WE THE PEOPLE will prevail.

The dems and msm have defimed the Jan 6 protests as "INSURRECTION," and are using it as a political weapon. Against President Trump, against the innocent bystanders of that day, and to intimidate conservatives everywhere.
