I know I can't be the only one.
Myoglobin, garlic, pepper, salt, and more. A piece of bread, Italian or whatever?
Damn near as good as the hunk of meat you cooked.
Dip the bread, eat, a good beer?

lastmanstandingAlways a good sense of humor on this board! But I do know what you mean by a good board sauce. I'll make one on occasion especially for a tri tip but not everyone appreciates it. Never sopped it up with bread before but hey why not?

I've done that too but most of the time it's a piece of whatever meat I'm cooking/smoking and resting before cutting.
