sdyCNN reports a realignment at Fox News
http://money.cnn.com/2017/09/1...time-slot/index.htmlLaura Ingraham is expected to take over the 10 p.m. hour on Fox News, according to people who spoke on condition of anonymity.
While there may be one or two final details to negotiate, Ingraham has been telling friends that the deal is essentially done, the sources said.
Her new show will be part of a broader change to the network's top-rated prime time lineup. Sean Hannity's show, currently at 10 p.m., will move one hour earlier to 9 p.m., multiple sources confirmed.
And "The Five," a talk show originally named for its 5 p.m. time slot, will shift from 9 p.m. back to its namesake hour.
The launch date for Ingraham's new show is unknown. But the sources said the new schedule is confirmed and known among senior staffers. This is a change from last month, when the talks between Ingraham and Fox were first reported.
A Fox News spokeswoman told CNNMoney there is "no deal in place" with Ingraham.
"The Five" mostly held its own at 9 p.m., but Fox has been losing to MSNBC's Rachel Maddow at that hour, causing no small amount of consternation behind the scenes.

But The only thing more excruciating than The Five has been The News Specialist that Bolling got axed from.

This is God's absolute truth. Their liberal wives probably drove them to it.

I heard rumors that she will be filing charges that she was sexually harassing herself.

oddballFoxNews has sucked the suck for quite a long time. I used to be a daily evening viewer until after the 2012 Presidential elections. After that, just catching some important breaking news here and there. Tucker's show seemed decent, but after a couple of them, it became apparent his schtick was set in stone; hey, let's interview some liberal wacko. No thanks.
The last time I watched FoxNews in length was election night and Inauguration Day. I miss Dennis Miller's occasional commentary, but that's about it. My only taste of Fox nowadays is occasionally tuning into Hannity's radio show while driving.
I'd rather go to Breitbart, American Thinker, Daily Caller, or Townhall instead. Don't have to watch any idiots, wackos, or phonies. Wish I could receive OANN, but that will have to wait until next year.

SigmanicFOX has pretty much shit all over itself. I'm curious what will come of Eric Bolling and his potential case against FOX. Hannity has managed to maintain his presence and now is back to his old time slot. Good for him!

Like you, I read a lot more than I watch.
Still, Laura Ingraham is smart and well spoken. She will be a good addition to Fox News' prime-time lineup. Much better than "The Five", IMO.

nhtagmemberI am hoping that Bolling can drive a nail in the coffin of Fox News and at least have the Board take a hard look at who is running it and why they've destroyed a cash cow

chellim1Fox News has been a cash cow. Still, it is only one small part of 21st Century Fox and News Corporation. Founded by Rupert Murdoch in 1979, it was turned over to his sons James and Lachlan Murdoch in 2015.
Rupert Murdoch was a frequent ally of President Trump’s, his son James a critic of President Trump.

Balzé HalzéI haven't watched Fox News in prime time at all really since the departure of O'Reilly.
However, I'm sure I will check out Laura's new show. But like Tucker, I likely won't watch it with any real consistency.
