She was talking about the Cummins guy dying and that he had integrity and character. First, I doubt that she would know either if she saw it. And her praising someone for having it is almost a sure bet that the person doesn't have it. Sure, its not nice to speak ill of the dead. But is it good to have someone with so little of either speak of it? Just asking.
