Sounds like this is narrated by AI, but this is impressive engineering.

What, you couldn't pay an actual human to do the voice-over? Shit, I'd have done it for twenty bucks.

Here's something from Chevrolet on a car that DOES exist and had actual humans working on:

WOW - Beautiful car. I just read where MSRP is between $180k to $205k.

Wonder what an oil change on one of these would cost ya (not that someone who can afford this vehicle would care), I just be curious?

What’s that saying?

Yeah, we’re in the same boat until 10:00pm when they announce the numbers for the lottery.

No doubt all the C8 'Vettes are bad-to-the-bone, but I have grown less and less fond of their aesthetic. Too pointy and jagged. Too many angles and hard lines.

It has to be shaped that way for aerodynamics. That's how it can hit 233 MPH.

Didn't watch either video but can I assume the name is a tribute to Corvette designer Zora Arkus-Duntov?

Did anyone else notice that there were at least 2 different front headlight configurations…I’m wondering if this is just an AI guess as to what the actual design will be…

I believe that is correct. It'll be an AWD [electric front axle] pumped up Z06

Pretty sure that's the case as well

I would think it would be a ZR1 ICE with hybrid power to the front. The Zo6 would be a downgrade to me.

Of course you're right, to a point. Some of it is purely styling decision though. There are plenty of other exceptionally fast cars that have smoother lines.

I didn't watch the video in the OP, so I am not commenting on what is shown there. I don't much care about AI-generated hype. I am making my comments based on existing C8 Corvettes.

Some aspects of the C8's styling borderline on Lamborghini aesthetics, which just isn't what I like.

Granted, this Zora will likely cost much less than any other cars with comparative performance. So I am in no position to split hairs on something like the way it looks. I can't afford any of them anyway, regardless of how much cheaper the 'Vette may be.

The Zora is expected to incorporate the E-Ray's electric front wheel drive into the ZR-1 potentially boosting its HP over 1200.

Disappearing mirrors, changing font on the Zora plates, the plates themselves disappearing/reappearing. I'd say you nailed it.
