The place I went too is a mom and pop place in a small town near the Quad cities in Illinois. They have had a restaurant for four years that is very successful. When the donut shop in the building next door closed, during the pandemic, They purchased the building , remodeled and reopened with a new name. Safety, Situational Awareness and proficiency. $24/dozen for donuts?!?! We don't buy 'em anymore. Closest we come is Pączki once a year. We used to have a great little donut shop down the street. Sadly, it went away several years ago. And Dunkin' donuts weren't worth the price years ago. I don't imagine their quality has risen with their cost. "America is at that awkward stage.
