There is only one real reason I care about H5N1. They are going to use it as an excuse to pass legislation/regulations to hurt small farmers and ranchers and drive up the cost of meat, eggs and countless other food products. Some of the companies that will benefit the most are the hundreds of artificial meat companies that have popped up in the last few years worldwide. Have no fear, my friends. They are here to save the day with their lower cost artificial meat alternatives.
