So my lady has an art exhibition next month, and I've been invited to use some of her space to display/sell some of my photography work. I've thought about this before but now that I'm actually going to try it, I need to come up with a business name. I could be boring and just use my name of Frank Miller Photography, or I could be a little more creative. My work is mostly landscape, wildlife and attempts at capturing the Northern Lights.

Thoughts and suggestions from last time I thought about this;

WTF Photography (What the Frank or Where's the Frank)

Sasquatch Shots

Alaskan Outlaw Photography

48 to 49 Photography

Candescence on Camara

Wandering Star Photography

Thoughts and suggestions from the forum would be greatly appreciated.

Since you are selling art, I would suggest using your name. If you do make it big, the artist name will add value.

Love the photo of the Kennicott Mine buildings. Brings back a lot of great memories of my trip there and time in AK almost 30 years ago. Thanks!

I agree with Dgshooter. Use your name, it levels up the mindset for the business and makes it more professional in my mind. People will take your art more seriously, but just my opinion.

Your photos are great and deserve to be taken seriously. “ Frank Miller Photography”, or Frank Miller Nature Photography. Your original name sounds best and broadens your canvas, and second name lets everyone know your subject matter. But both pin your name to your art.

It's all about clean living. Just do the right thing, and karma will help with the rest.

Sasquatch Shots would be good for an Only Fans page.

I agree that cutesy names can age poorly, and names and words that describe accurately and instantly endure.
