nhracecraftResetting my Win10 laptop. Any suggestions?
Well, it's NOT hosed...Yet!
At this point, you just need a 'Do Over' and you get as many as you want. Trust me, you are NOT alone...Everyone that has posted in this thread has, at some point, needed a 'Do Over' during a Windows Install because 'Fuckin Bill Gates'!
If it were me, I'd give it another shot. I'd get to a C Prompt and use DISKPART to delete every partition on the Disk, and convert it back to GPT. The I'd run the Windows Installer on the Bootable USB. This assumes you haven't headed down the street to the PC Repair Shop so I'll avoid typing a VERY lengthy post until that's confirmed.
Regardless of how you get there, this should be squared away in no time!

parabellumThe shop has it and I won't get it back until next week because of the long weekend. Thanks to all for the effort.

whanson_wiI'm late to the party and could give no useful advice even were I on time, so all I can offer is my sympathy for having to deal with this shit.
I think a lot of PC sales are made because it seems worth the $$$ to just start over.

Too bad I didn't know you had a Dell Inspiron. That's what my laptops have been; I could have shared with you what the Dell technician walked me through when my laptop got hosed trying to reset it. It might have worked for you.
1. Ensure Wi-Fi Connection
2. Restart Computer
3. Press F12 continuously at the Dell Logo
4. Support Assist Recovery
5. Select Test (optional)
6. Select Reset Computer

parabellumWell, back in business. Now comes the fun of reinstalling all my programs and disabling all the MS stuff I don't want.
