Covered in our Easter sermon this morning, the pastor mentions that burial clothing is only mentioned twice in the New Testament. Once with Lazarus, who came out of the tomb still wearing it all and symbolizing he would need them again when he died again at some point.
And Jesus; whose burial clothing was neatly folded as if saying this would no longer be needed.
