Wow, another fucking winner. You know when you’re as dumb as a character in a movie, you need professional help.

I do got a dumb friend named Cheddar Bob
Who shoots himself in his leg with his own gun
I did get jumped by all six of you chumps
And Wink did fuck my girl
I'm still standin' here screaming, "Fuck the Free World!"
Don't ever try to judge me, dude
You don't know what the fuck I've been through!

What am I doing? I'm talking to an empty telephone

Meh. It's a trainee. Some trainees do dumb stuff. That's why they're still trainees. They're also still on probation so they're easy to terminate after they do it.

From Susan Cabtree:

Several sources also tell me she is a "legacy hire," meaning she is related to a senior special agent in leadership on the 8th floor.

Time to say Adios to both!

I have considerable firearms training. The classes were six in total and the instructor taught a large police department how to shoot. Lots of time was spent in the classroom and proper holstering of your weapon.Still things like this will happen. I know the FBI has these problems. It is generally the guy that has a weapon and investigates white collar crime.

She didn't hit a freighter with an aircraft carrier. Sounds like she could be leadership material to me.

Oh no you didn’t. If I was drinking when I saw that I would need a new keyboard.

The USSS changed to the Glock 19 a few years back from the P229

Its probably that female agent who couldn’t figure out how to holster her weapon after the assassination attempt when the entire Secret Service failed to cover the most obvious shooting position in the history of assassination attempts.

Yeah, whatever.

I lost all respect for that agency on July 14, 2024, the day after the assassination attempt when they started gaslighting us about what happened.

Just one man's opinion, but a "safety" mounted on a trigger is not much of a safety, or at the very least the worst possible place to put it. A misplaced finger or other interfering item can negate its' function. Even a sweat guard extension on a leather holster that has become soft or bent somehow on a kydex holster can get into a trigger guard, press said trigger and BANG!

Well, if the #1 priority is 'safety,' then give them Colt SAAs (single action revolvers). Those are MUCH harder to accidentally shoot yourself with.

My carry weapons are a P226 or my Glock 23. Yes, the Glock is more sensitive, but I don't WANT an external safety switch on a CCW weapon.

I would expect the USSS to be well enough trained and competent to handle Glocks. Imagine this trainee accidentally shooting herself or her protectee during a security event (like Trump's assassination attempt last year). .

The USSS reports to Homeland Security. I'm thinking Kristy Noem is already planning a complete overhaul here.

To the trainees:
Look it in the holster, what's the rush, you're done shooting.
