Found this article mildly amusing. Dutch boys are actually going to disable the revolver.
Looks like a nice revolver, I assume it’s a SW or Colt clone given the Turks’ history of cloning weapons (1911s, High Powers, etc.). I’d expect it to be well done given their recent examples of good manufactured weapons.
I think this presents President Trump a golden opportunity to compare himself to the Euros: video of him opening box, loading it, and blasting at a target, turns to the camera and says, “Nice!, fantastic, tremendous!, can I get one in .44 Magnum?”

In my VERY brief time there they managed to live up to rock bottom expectations by confiscating my sons school scissors from his backpack that we took on a European vacation to Italy, France and Spain. (We had the misfortune of going through the UK on the way home). Way to go Heathrow! You guys are Fn hero’s stealing my kids scissors. Never mind the fact that we were on route to the USA and just passing through your shit hole nation. We cleared security 3 times and managed to not stab anyone with our “weapon of war” but you dipshits couldn’t allow us to fly home with that pair of scissors could you?

Just came across this interesting and informative article -

It’s somewhat amusing, laughable, and pathetic actually, how some countries treated the ‘transfer’ of the revolver as if it was a nuclear weapon or something.
It’s pretty funny that Kier Starmer’s gift / presentation set included 500 rounds of ammo while everyone else’s had six rounds only.
It’s almost as-if Turkey was razzing and mocking him on the sad state of affairs in Britain wrt gun and ammo ownership by private citizens.
