My wife back in the 80's was an RN in a downtown Detroit hospital.Common for her to see Canadian patients come in for heart operations, but then they had a wad of cash with them also. They mentioned the waiting list for heart procedures was out 4 to 6 yrs, of course most of them died waiting.
Same in England, if you have cash you can go to a boutique clinic and be taken care of but you need cash for that privilege. No doubt Bernie has all the answers for this since he will do it right.
