Sitting here watching Ask This Old House with my boy.
They’re helping a woman replace her leaking sink drain. She is squatting down and leaning forward holding the drain and you can clearly see her gun printing under her shirt.
The this old house guy is heating up the pot metal flange to get it off.
Once the flange starts to fall the woman goes to grab it and he hollers careful that’ll be hot as a pistol.

On a TV show like that, my first thought would be a waist pack for a wireless mic.

Judging by the print it was much more of a pistol grip than a box with an antenna.

Though I guess it is possible.
I just found it quite amusing as I thought to myself she sure is printing and then he made the quip about being hot as a pistol.

But thanks for posting, because you reminded me that I can still get PBS through their app for free, even without a cable subscription. So I can still watch This Old House/Ask This Old House episodes.

I've got lots of good memories of watching This Old House, The New Yankee Workshop, and The Woodwright's Shop with my Dad when I was growing up.

That's gotta be a mic box thing with wire bent over.
