I predict someone will be on a keto diet before too long. Home made bread is delicious but it will pack the pounds on in a hurry.

Looks great, less calories when the loaf is as “holey” as yours is.

My go to recipes are the No Knead Peasant Bread from the Food Network and my Mom’s roll recipe. I haven’t had the yearning to try sourdough/starters. The no Knead ferment cycle through the fridge works well for me. I’d like to try some of the recipes for softer loaves like the Japanese milk breads...

For your Pullman loaf: is your recipe a sourdough one?

Nope. Regular yeast. I've tried a few sourdough sandwich bread recipes, but haven't found one I like enough yet.
