My daily wear has become my Citizen CZ Smart Hybrid

It does not have a sapphire crystal, and has gotten a couple scratches in the lens.

Best I can measure it, it's a 34mm [ish] crystal. Measured edge to edge on the inside of the chapter ring.

Curious how difficult this would be [or send to one of the forum watch pros] to replace with an appropriate sapphire?

First, since it is not sapphire, you should try polywatch. https://www.polywatch.de/en/

This stuff is amazing and I use it on my Swatch.

I’ve used Mother’s Mag Wheel polish with good results. If you have some, try it. Also works great on stainless pistols and revolvers.

Do not attempt to polish the crystal I just looked it up, it's mineral glass which you can't polish.

As a person that fixes watches I would not want to mess with one since it's a hybrid smart watch. I doubt anyone would even want to try to take it apart. From what I've seen you have to heat the back of the watch to loosen the glue and re-apply a special glue for smart phones. And tearing it down to get to the glass is like taken apart a newer smart phone.

And even if you could attach a Sapphire crystal to the watch the part alone would at cost be over 100 dollars.

It's the CZ Hybrid, so the dumbest of smartwatches.
No touchscreen, just a display behind the hands.
Haven't looked at how to disassemble, guess that'd be good to know first.
Bought it [wife did] from Dave, and he'd be the first I'd inquire with, along with some of our resident Seiko modders.

Have you reached out to Hurley Roberts in Atlanta? I am sure David T does fantastic work but HR replaced the crystal on my Citizen Nighthawk and I have been very satisfied with them as well.

I had some scratches on a Stainless Datejust with a few scratches on the lens. I showed it to a jeweler while waiting in in his shop...he asked for it, took it to the back room and buffed it out...no charge and it looked like new.
If the scratches aren't too bad you might have someone look at it. It might cost a couple of bucks but it will be cheaper than replacing the crystal.

Edit: Unless dfens is right and it can't be polished.
