Gave up Fox News but do record an watch Carlson occasionally. Check a couple news websites and a couple forums to keep updated.

The only time I might watch the news it is when a Hurricane is coming toward Florida.
The only thing I will watch is the weather segment then I change the channel.
To me it is no longer news, it has not been news for years.

Another "Me too" post.

I haven't watched cable/network/satellite news (or tv at all for that matter) in more years than I can remember.

I get my weather on line and I stream shows for entertainment and that's it.

If I NEED to know about it, it's here.

I don't listen to the radio and did away with TV over two years ago. What news I do get is from other people and here on Sig Forum and I've never been happier! Smile

I had made very good progress over the last few years. I successfully cutout all MSM and TV.

However during the lead up to this years election I started following a number of internet sites. Then after the election and all the resulting deceit I was on a steady stream of updates trying to stay on top of our efforts to fight the steal.

Now that Biden has been installed, I'm trying to stop. But it's not been easy. Checking sites and looking for 'news' is taking up WAY too much time and it's not helping my state of mind.

The constant drip -- then taking it away makes me realize what a junkie I have become. It needs to stop and I'm committed to breaking free. Knowing you guys are doing it too gives me extra motivation.

I watch Fox Business Channel most mornings. Maria Bartiroma is excellent. I also listen to talk radio, usually WMAL for actual unbiased news. Breitbart on the internet, and SigForum of course.

But every weekday morning at 7AM, I watch the network morning show, just to see the daily propaganda slant of the news. I can usually only last about 8 minutes before I change the channel.

I really enjoy Car 54, The Beverly Hillbillies and the George Burns Show.
