Yesterday while shopping at a local Dollar General I saw a notation on the card reader, about a 3% convenance fee if you opted for a cash bcak transaction. Haven't noticed it at any other stores but am going to start looking for it just out of general curiousness.

I never get cash back so it does not matter to me but it still sucks as far as I am concerned.
