Years ago, taser international used to post videos on their website showing the device in use. Most were real perps riding the lightning. They were very entertaining.

Yep, way more hands on uses of force. Just had an IA cleared from splitting a guys face open when we "escorted" him to the ground. High on PCP and put up a good fight, taser would've been great but current policy wouldn't allow its use until the fight was on and then it's too late for it. But admin can tout taser deployments are down while crediting this CIT BS as the cause.
