all sorts of goodness in the skies this afternoon

flights of 4 aircraft - F16, A10, F22 and F35 in formation

so far 5 flights have flown in - they all are coming in from the direction of Holloman or White Sands...

noisy beasts - the F35 is so loud there is no way that can be 'stealth' Big Grin

Looks like they've discovered a correlation between loud planes and low birth weight. I suggest instead it might be tied to all that hand-wringing and gnashing of teeth.

Last week had an Italian KC767 and 4 Typhoons show up and land at Buckley, way cool seeing something different.

We visited Davis-Monthan back in Dec and could not miss an A-10 doing some awesome maneuvers right over the runway. Had to be a member of their demo team practicing.
