Plus it's not worth the hassle to arrest these two idiots for obstruction. All they are going to do is cry to the ACLU and NAACP and media that the big bad officer was mean.
Or mysteriously, the prosecutor changes his mind. Locally, a HS principle was charged for covering up a sexual assault. Prosecutor was all kinds of on board with it. Then all of a sudden, the prosecutor changed his mind. Almost like he got a pay off from somewhere…..

No kidding. The
exact same thing happened in the county just north of me.
Principal arrested and all...
Court documents allege that {principal} Wagner failed in her duty as a mandatory reporter to let officials know about allegations against Stearns and Collins when she learned of it.April 07, 2025, 07:46 PM

tleddy[quote]Meanwhile, there was a potentially deadly threat to hundreds of students. Somewhere somebody has some misguided priorities of the highest order. If this principal cannot coorperate with law enforcement, per the policy, she must be terminated. Lives were at risk

Perplexity’s search returns the following regarding school staff interfering with police:
“ School staff arrests for interfering with police are rare but can occur under specific circumstances, such as obstructing law enforcement during emergencies or investigations. While there is limited data on the frequency of such arrests, notable incidents include:
1. Interference with Public Duties: Staff may face charges if their actions hinder officers performing official duties, as seen in cases involving obstruction during emergencies.
2. Misconduct Allegations: Educators interfering with police investigations could be subject to disciplinary actions or criminal charges depending on the severity of obstruction and local laws.
Overall, these cases are uncommon and typically arise in extreme situations where staff actions significantly impede law enforcement’s ability to ensure safety.”
Ohio State laws support penalties for interfering, thus overriding any local “policies”.
My personal opinion is that both the Secretary and Principal displayed such dangerously bad judgment that at the minimum should no longer be employed by that or any other school system. The behavior was so egregious, risking children’s lives and wellbeing, that incarceration is deserved.

83v45magnaI hope to read in this thread that that woman and her minion have been tossed out of the district, never to be employed in education again.
Soon.
