I wonder if someone could come up with a PDF of a very realistic looking document appearing to be from the DOJ. In it there will be an announcement that henceforth all congress persons will be named Pat, a non gender specific name. For those members that currently have a name other than Pat they will have to file a Court Action changing their name to Pat. Failure to comply will result in the immediate expulsion from the Congress. Further, there will be NO exemptions from this policy. Once created we can pass this PDF around the net and bombard Congress with this document. I've stopped counting.

Dang man, why don’t you tell us how you really feel? I like to think that isn’t (completely) true. It wasn’t that long ago when I could speak with folks who were Democrats, but really weren’t that far off on most issues. It certainly used to seem that the politicians were either pushing far right or far left and the vast majority of us citizens were in the middle, either slightly to the right or slightly to the left, but a lot closer to each other than to either set of politicians. (That certainly doesn’t seem to be the case now, but I hope some of that is appearance and not reality.) I hope that if the time comes when we can no longer resolve our differences with words and voting there are still a lot of Democrats that don’t have to be converted to your version of good Democrats. If nothing else, that would take an awful lot of ammunition.
